Shipments held at customs

If you have had goods shipped via a Freight Forwarder or a Courier such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL and so on, and they have been held at customs at the destination, CICSA LOGISTICS can help you to recover the shipment and documentation and assist you with the release of goods and their delivery at the event location.

We will need you to supply us with the following documents:

• Shipment AWB (Airway bill), if sent via air.
• Shipment BOL (Bill of Landing), if sent via sea.
• Tracking number and name of the Courier, if sent via a Courier Service.
• Copy of the shipment invoice.
• Complete list with a description of the goods, unit quantities and values.
• Delivery address and name of the contact who will be receiving the goods.
• Delivery deadline at the final destination.
